Hello! I hope everyone has had a great summer! I’ve stayed busy and had an opportunity to take my mom for a weekend away from home so she could see some different sites! We enjoyed a nice time in St. Simons and Jekyll Islands.

If you are not in the Facebook group you may have missed some of the recently added designs, including the recent announcement that in May I took over a shop named Baby Appliqués. Over 300 designs were added to the website.
I’ve recently added some other new designs and there are more to come in the near future!
One of my passions is to support other small businesses. It’s important to me that we work together to keep small businesses growing because they are the staple of our communities. It is the small businesses who are donating and volunteering at the local schools and little leagues and other organizations. The small businesses are the ones asked for donations. If we don’t support them, they won’t be able to support themselves and their families or the communities where they live.
There are two shops I’d like to feature and share with you. There are several in my journey since taking over Baby Kay’s that have been amazingly helpful and supportive of me. Providing advice, information, and everything in between and for that reason I’d like to give back!
Bella Bleu has a website full of unique designs! In the past I have embroidered several of Corena’s designs, each stitching out perfectly. You will love her Sunflower Scribble design and so many others. Head over to her shop and show her some love.
Tammy from Bad Bobbin is another wonderful embroidery designer. She has created a fun new category in her shop of Bracelet / Shoe Charms. Each design makes an awesome bracelet, but the cool kids are also tying them on their shoes for decoration!
Thank you to everyone who donated to Matt’s family after the untimely and unexpected passing of Matt from Uncle Matt’s Crib. $895 was raised and sent to Matt’s family.
