If you use an email service such as Hotmail, Yahoo, or Gmail please be sure you are checking your spam/junk folder for any email messages regarding purchases, resetting your password, or responses from me when you fill out the Need Help form.
Those free service emails often block messages unless you mark the recipient as a ‘safe sender.’
The website email address is heather(at)geminiredembroiderydesigns(dot)com, but I do have a main account that may show up that is heather(at)geminiredvirtualservices(dot)com so be sure to add both to the safe senders list on your email account.
