Hello everyone!

I’ve had a couple people fill out the NEED HELP form on the website because they had issues with either checking out because the website was “thinking” or because of issues with passwords.

Problems Checking Out?

A couple of things…

  1. If you are trying to check out on a mobile device, it seems to be much slower than using a computer (I’m checking into why this would happen). Please try a computer if you can.
  2. Make sure you’ve checked the box asking if you’ve read and agreed to the terms of services. When I was testing the checkout issue I forgot to check the box and it hung up for a short time.
  3. Clear your cache on your browser. If there was a previous issue or you changed your password, the cache could be causing the continued problem.
  4. Please make sure you have listed heather@geminiredembroiderydesigns(dot)com and heather@geminiredvirtualservices(dot)com as safe senders so that password reset and other website related emails do not go to your spam/junk folder. ALWAYS check your spam folder. The 2nd email above is my main email for all 3 businesses and so sometimes it may look like the emails are coming from that account. It is always a good idea to mark businesses you frequently get emails from as safe senders. Free email accounts like Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail and others often mark more things as spam than other ISPs do.
  5. If you’ve tried to reset your password a few times and still have issues, when you fill out the form specifically request a temporary password and I can email you one in response to the form so you can log in right away. After you complete your order or download your files, you can update your password.

If you have tried all of the above and still can’t seem to check out, please fill out the form and if needed I can send you a PayPal invoice (this is a last resort) for your design and then create an order so it’s added to your account on the website. Due to work I cannot promise an immediate response, but will do my best to help whenever I can. Please be sure to try the options above first.
