Hello Everyone! Hope you are having a great day. I recently discovered something with the update of the website URL.
If you are using your old emails to download designs, you will get an error message. You will have to log into your account and go to your orders or downloads area to download your designs in order for the updates to work properly.
If you still can’t download something despite being logged in and clicking on it within the website, please fill out the NEED HELP form.
THIS ONLY PERTAINS TO PURCHASES PRIOR TO JANUARY 15TH.
