I bought the entire site in 2022. Where are my files? If you purchased the ENTIRE SITE DEAL in 2020 when it was first offered you will need to look under your ORDERS on the website and you will see a list of ZIP files containing the files. It was discovered that some were missing and they have been added to everyone’s account.

The files will include Sets 1-14, cut files, a catalog, and FAQs from the first time you purchased.

The following files have been added to include anything missing. Missing 2014, Missing2015, Missing2016, MissingCutFiles2016, Missing2017, MissingCutFiles2017, MissingFiles2018-2019.

NOTE: if you see a zero (0) where it says DOWNLOADS REMAINING, please fill out the Need Help form so it can be reset.

I purchased the Add-on for all new 2020 designs. Where do I find those files? If you purchased the ADD-ON Deal in 2021 to add all new 2020 deals you will have a ZIP titled 2020-Designs.

Between your origianl order for the ENTIRE SITE and ADD-ON deal you should have all of the following files/folders:

I bought the Buy it All deal in 2021. Where are my files? If you purchased the BUY IT ALL DEAL in 2021 it includes everything that the Entire Site deal PLUS Add-ons includes encompassing every design previously created under Baby Kay’s Appliqués. You should have all of the following files listed below:

How can I tell which design is in each file/folder? It is your responsibility to open each ZIP file and sort and organize all the designs you purchased. However, due to the problems that people were having I created an Excel file that I have shared in the Facebook group to make it easier for everyone. If you are not part of the Facebook group feel free to join or complete the NEED HELP form and provide your order information and I will email the Excel file to you.

Why do I see designs showing as ZERO dollars when I log into my account? In an effort to make it easier on everyone, I went through every design and designated them into categories on the website BK Designs < 2020 for everyone who purchased the Entire Deal Site in 2020 and BK Designs 2020 for everyone who purchased the Buy It All Deal or Add-on in 2021.

First, please refer to the Excel file and do your best to find the file in your existing ZIP files. If you are struggling to find a single design that you need quickly, you can log into your account to “purchase” the design at ZERO cost. Once purchased, you will be able to download immediately.

If too many people try to download at one time causing the website to slow down considerably or crash, this feature will be turned off. It was done simply to be considerate of those having issues with finding files.

How many Designs did I get? Over 2000 Designs!! Close to 2300 if you go through and count all the separated fonts/alphas.

What formats do all designs come in? ALL Baby Kay designs include PES, DST, XXX, SEW, VIP, VP3, EXP, JEF, HUS, as well as BX for all embroidery fonts. BX is a format ONLY read by Embrilliance software.

What are the numbers at the end of the design file name? You may see a long number at the end of some file names. This is not important and was a filing system our website was using to store the files. When we downloaded all files that number was attached but it means nothing.

Why do I have some duplicate files? There are no multiple files but separate sizes for most of our fonts and alphas and number sets you may see Alpha_4x4, Alpha, 5×7, Alpha 6×10, Alpha_8x8. These are 4 different sizes for the same alpha or font. So they are not duplicate files.

What can I do with these files? These are EMBROIDERY MACHINE files. You must have an embroidery machine to use these files. These are NOT cut files, although we DO have many cut files included in the download but those will be labeled as cut files. You may also need embroidery software to use these files. What type of software you use is up to you as long as it supports one of the 10 available formats.

What happens if I lose my files? BACK UP YOUR FILES! I can not say this enough. Yes, your files will remain on your account and you can always return to your account to redownload your files. HOWEVER, I make no promises of my website staying up for years to come. I cannot guarantee that a technical issue will never happen on my site so once you make a purchase it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to download, backup, and store your files for safe keeping. DO NOT email me in 5 years asking where your files are.

Why are some files labeled BabyKays and other’s BK? BabyKay files were created by myself (Teresa Busby). BK files were created by my assistant. The different labels mean nothing. That was just how we each preferred to label the files.

What if I am having issues with a file? Contact me at REDACTED. Please do not send an email and then send a PM and then post in the group. You will get 3 responses back and posting everywhere does not make me respond faster. It just creates a longer list for me to respond to. ALL emails are answered as quickly as I can.

Do you have 2021 designs? We have not created any designs for 2021 and do not plan to. The last designs were released in Winter of 2020. I have taken on a full time job as a high school teacher. I am also back in school full time completing my master’s degree, so I do ask for a little understanding with patience. I DO plan to return to designing as soon as I do not have so much on me.

Will your website tell me in the future if I already have a design? So, our website DOES alert you when you are looking at or trying to purchase a design you already own. You must be logged into your account for this feature to work.

However, this DOES NOT work for the entire site package. Our website reads purchases by listing so it will only tell you that you have previously purchased the Entire Site package but not alert you to other files on the site. If you purchased this package you have ALL the designs. In the future when we start releasing new designs we will mark them as new so you will know they were not part of your Entire Site packages.
